Fitness Classes with SFAA
Solent Fitness and Aerial Arts offers some fitness classes alongside the pole and aerial hoop sessions, including HIIT, clinical yoga, body sculpture and stretch. They also offer a dance class too!

Body Sculpture
This is a lower intensity resistance exercise class designed to give a good workout, and meet the needs of everyone booked in the class so there will be adjustments and progressions given for those who need it. This is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness.

HIIT
This is a high intensity class using weights and bodyweight to give a fantastic, challenging workout. Prepare for cardio, resistance, high energy sessions and a good fun time!

Stretch
This is a deep stretching class, aimed at all levels, from brand new beginner stretchers, to those who can split and bridge already!

Kettlebells
This is a class using weights called kettlebells - these may be used in the HIIT sessions or in a session all on their own. They are really versatile and a great way to get a good workout!

Clinical Yoga
This is a class using the principles of Yoga to target specific clinical concerns or for specific reasons so for example there may be a clinical yoga class for pole/aerialists, for stress relief, for back pain, or specific injuries. This is available as a 1:1 basis or as group classes, depending on timetabling.

Dance
This class offers a chance to join us for some non apparatus based dance classes - this is a FUN and inclusive class where it doesn't matter how good you are at dance, how well you point your toes or how good your musicality is. The style is usually burlesque, commercial and sometimes there's a little street/hip hop and floor work thrown in too! Generally we spend about 6 weeks on a specific routine so you get to learn the whole thing to take away at the end.
