Bounce Party is a fun high energy low impact workout. Your whole body gets worked out well when you jump and rebound on a trampoline with benefits from weight loss to detoxification, from building muscles to tightening skin, there are numerous benefits you'll get from jumping on a trampoline.

Pilates with a Bounce consists of a cardio workout and a pilates workout. The cardio section will give your whole body a workout as you jump and rebound on the trampoline at a pace to suit you. The Pilates section will help in countless ways to build your body physically and mentally, from flexibility, core strength, balance, body awareness and mental health.
