Pilates with Julie
Pilates with Julie offers fun, inclusive and effective group and private classes in pilates and aerial pilates. In classes there will be an emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength, general fitness and overall well-being.
Private 1:1 or small group sessions are available on request and consist of more tailored session plans, responding to your individual requirements and goals. These may also include a plan to follow up with at home.
Julie has qualified in L3 Pilates, Exercise Referral, Aerial Hammock & Exercise for Older Adults, and she is passionate about working with women transitioning through the menopause.
