We've got a few different things on offer for adults at the studio this month, we have an aerial yoga taster session, a salsa workshop and our Ballroom and Latin classes are starting back with a six week course!

Aerial Yoga Taster Session - April 9th
This event is now full, but regular classes will soon be coming to the studio with Elevate to Fitness!
The innovative and unique Anti Gravity® fitness technique was invented by the visionary Christopher Harrison. It is designed to increase core and upper body strength, increase flexibility and improve muscle tone. The Christopher Harrison hammock was invented and designed to assist in the movements and poses used in the variety of Anti Gravity techniques. Beginners Anti Gravity is an ideal level to introduce the novice to this wonderful technique, starting with the absolute basics to get you confident and comfortable in using the hammock. Kerry, your instructor, is an Anti Gravity® certified professional. Opening the first Anti Gravity® Classes in Southampton.
Salsa Workshop with Tracie's Latin Club - April 21st
A fun exciting evening for all adults to be able attend.
This will be great social night and it dosen't matter if you have 2 left feet!!!
The session is priced at £8.00 per person - Partners are not obigatory, just come along and join in.

Ballroom & Latin 6 week course - April 30th
A 6 week workshop for you to to learn new dances including the Waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha & Jive!
The course will cost £42.00 per person.
A great social dance setting and the bar will be open for refreshments.
SFAA hosting Kate Edwards for Workshops - April 30th

The 30th of April 2017 will see Solent Fitness & Aerial Arts hosting the amazing Kate Edwards of Spin City fame, for a day of workshops!
Kate Edwards is the owner and director of Spin City Aerial Fitness, one of the largest aerial fitness schools in the UK. A fully qualified fitness instructor, group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 10 years, Kate specialises in the fitness aspect of aerial training, teaching at her dedicated studios in Bristol, Exeter, Hungerford, Brimpton and Newbury.
